Obum's a weird one. I've reread him and he's very strongly opinionated about not policy Innocenting this, which is fair enough I guess, since that defeats the entire purpose of gaining info from it. Norwee and I are obviously biased though, and we can't help but feel scum are gonna be strongly incentived to guilty this, which will tip the favour in the voting.
I think the correct play is to vote Not Guilty if you're not sure about us, or townread us, and vote Guilty if you think we're scum, but reasons would be nice.
Obum and insominia: Why are you scumreading us?

I'm liking Rau. I don't see why scum!him ever comes out like that to defend us, especially at a point where the loudest person in the room (Obum) was very much pro-Guilty, or at least seemed like it. Could easily see the trial be meme-voted Guilty at that point, and scum have no reason to change that direction, so him coming in and being a voice of reason is very town-motivated.

Mate, I always think outside the box. Let's say we have a Hider (obviously that's NOT a claim or a crumb, because if I was I would have just shut up and went on with my plan without having to needlessly draw attention to my slot)..In post 572, insomnia wrote:We have 7 whispers per dayphase
So, this Hider would want to tell 2-3 people whom they're targeting, rather than crumbing it for the whole thread.
Now imagine they sent those 3 whispers out, and then decided to change their mind and picked another target. They'd need 3 more whispers to notify the 3 slots they confided in of the change.
I'm sure other can think of more scenarios where it maybe beneficial to hold on to your whispers for sometime, be that for outed PRs to organize their night action privately, or to pass on some vital info scum need not know about.. etc.
But judging by the responses in here (you & chemist, as I didn't read beyond those) and the two whispers I received (ObvScum & Korina) I believe my talk will fall on deaf ears, so... *Shrug*This is a hydra ofone tricky monkey,a tough guy&a flirt-

It will make them lynchproof for the rest of the day. Which shouldn't matter as far as I'm concerned. In post 585, TrueSoulHustler wrote:does the person on trial being declared innocent make them lynchproof?
ive heard that thrown around and if so im probably changing my vote to abstain
-mm
Needless to say, it would takeeveryonevoting abstain to both not lynch and not make them lynchproof. Which I doubt would happen considering ObvScum has stated they're voting Guilty.Alt of Theta Alpine

theres nothing to learn in the first placeIn post 441, ObviousScum wrote:Yeah because if you loudly announce that they should be inno'd on policy then we learn literally nothing from the vote
You're acting like I was dead set on the guy getting lynched when the main thing I have said is that people should bother thinking about it before making him unlynchable
I kinda don't think korina gambits by putting his recruiter on trial in the first 24 hours just to make him unlynchable but given this was an opportunity to see who would actually vote guilty we could have gotten some actual content out of the vote, now it will probably be uninformative
even if there was id argue minstrel (both heads) have reacted townily
