Not necessarily. Either m=n+1 or n=m+1.
If m=n+1:
Mafioso 1: m+4 = n+1+4 = n+5
Mafioso 2: n+3

If n=m+1:
Mafioso 1: m+4
Mafioso 2: n+3 = m+1+3 = m+4.

Obviously they can't both be the same person, so they're people who are two apart on the playerlist (n+5 and n+3).

n+1=m or m+1=n and mafia#1 is n, mafia#2 is m and both both is individually summed up with dice roll means mafia are adjacent, and which 2 adjacent players are they are decided by dice roll
