You hear Sir Leo in there. He is bragging about having found some glasses behind the shelves, and you hear a muffled thank you from Cindy who appears to be in there with him.
There's more to the tunnel, but nothing to be seen here.

You arrive under the bathrooms. There is a large cast iron box on the ceiling, with pipes running past it. There is water dripping here, and the floor shows signs of having been flooded. Very wet.
From here the tunnel takes a sharp right turn (to the East) but Casey-Pooky's geiger counter starts beeping quite a bit faster.

I don't think the box is that high up, because the tunnel isn't very tall. Maybe you could just crow bar it open but do it while standing to the side, Pooks, so if anything comes out it shouldn't get on you?

"Yeah, Harold Temperton was my grandfather. He actually muttered something about this tunnel on his last day. I actually thought it was more likely to be found through the basement. So I feel like I pretty much lucked out that you two were so good at searching. I have another secret room I'm looking for too to be honest."
