you can say youd pass to noraa, but no one is gonna believe it until it happens. none of us have any incentive to be particularly truthful atm about who we'd pass to. except maybe toog, but thats pretty weak.

although if toog passes to me i pass to pooky here.

If you know ANYTHING about me though... town or scum... I LOVE information. The more information, the better. Benighted ignorance is terrible thing, and town does better with more information when everyone is on the same page and can't be puppeteered by scum aligned town leaders.

Everyone who refuses now should be heavily scrutinized later if they decide to opt into Scroll passing suggestions.
