Yeah, the majority of the managers I've had in real life even have let me do whatever I want, even in like corporations. I'm not really manageable, I'm more of the leader type trying to hype up and form an all star team synergy.

And if I don't have the urge to lead, I become like how I have been for the past few months; dry, washed up, and way too on the money.

and like differences.

There are reasons for differences, investigating those differences is a starting point, not the end goal.
Just look at my shitty mastina read. They were different, but they weren't scum. They just didn't have any scum reads they were confident in, in the early game.
Instead of pushing and asking mastina why they were different or what they were going through I just voted them.

It wasn't good. It wasn't a good reason.

Oil/Guillo has been my main push for a while now. I have a lingering feeling Guillo could just be town, but that might just be guilt for the possibility because I don't want to misfade.
