I'd happily vote puppy and I think they'd have a pretty solid shot at flipping scum, but I couldn't point at anything in particular and tell you 'this makes puppy scum'. It doesn't help that they're posting with a self-imposed PR which makes it difficult to have any idea what kind of player they are.

I've cooled on Firebringer-turned-NM, that slot could really easily be scum here and part of my initial favouring that slot was definitely thinking I'd be able to read Firebringer as the game went on. NM hasn't towntold yet and I'd kinda have expected him to by now.
You/skitter/Penguin all feel strongly town to me.

I don't have strong feelings on either Mena or SS. I find it very difficult to read Mena and they haven't posted anything that I'd say pushes my read of them one way or the other. I'd like to see SS post more before solidifying a read there as well. SS being in games is good for games.

The two wagons (jake and tnk) are quite different and jake flipped town, do you think any of the two is scumdriven? And why?

This has just made me look back at the old D1 TNK wagon... And it's really really similar to the one from today? Not sure what that indicates. Puppy and Firebringer are standouts from the original wagon there.
But to answer your actual question, I think the back end of Jake's wagon is fairly sus, namely {Cakez, Chillin, Korg}. I wouldn't call the core of the Jake push scum-driven - I'd say the wagon and the TNK wagon on D1 suggests that scum were either lurking or otherwise comfortable with the gamestate and didn't touch it massively with their votes.
That'd be backed up by the fact that everyone seems apparently fine with picking 'the other option' from D1 without much of a viable counter vote. I heavily doubt TNK flips scum here, as it seems like scum would be putting in a token effort to save them. Unless you're trying to do that with the push on me, but that doesn't feel like the solve at all
