I’m asking if this is an actual re-roll or what, because motivation kinda got shot from rolling IC and being told no

So I targeted myself with an action and put to receive a day vig.
I'm not sure if there's any relevance to doing this but I have received a new role PM with a lot redacted on there. I had to confirm my role so I have gone with Town Day Vig since that's what 9 asked for.
I don't actually know what role I am or my win condition but the redaction is in red.
I have 3 numbers showing and before each redaction (4 total) there is a letter which spells out code. Encase it triggers anything by saying them I'll do some quick math below.
