mostly, yeah. Like that hood I was in was S/S and that's not impossible but Dunn was a traitor so even if it was S/S so if one of Math/DGB were to flip mafia I'd be willing to think the other 2 scum are outside of the hood.
Okay. So we're in agreement that the hood has at least 1 town.

Why do you want to

I'm not really sure which one is the scum. Clearly, if we voted the town one I'd want the other dead but if we voted scum then we can leave the other alone.

I was hoping you were going to switch your vote to DGB, given your recent shading of it that I was on board with.

That not happening made me sad.

I'm not against voting DGB. Why not just ask me instead of basically berating me for not knowing which one is scum.

Who are the scum house? You can only have 3 reads. Not knowing who is scum isn't an excuse for getting anyone wrong.

See, I can do it too.

My original suspicion was that you might be scum voting a townie and pushing a buddy, but upon further reflection of your desire to "purge the hood", I discarded the idea.

If there's scum in the hood, you're likely town.

If there's not, you may well be scum.

That's where I'm at.

In post 289, DrippingGoofball wrote:One of the first things that were posted in the neighbor PT was MB explaining how he was going to crumb.

To which I answered, why crumb at all, we're not masons. And curiously MB said that if I'm town,
it's like we're masons
. It took me aback, because no, FMPOV we're totally not masons, not even close.

Then MB was concerned about, er, what's that role that checks if you have a PT? He worried that such a role would get a false positive if we were investigated.

Then a real lot of the thread was MB working me to scum read Nero, starting with Nero highlighting MB's "PR crumb" in the thread. I'm not very good at reading Nero, so I said I wasn't going to do this on Day 1. MB's crumb wasn't exactly subtle for the type of player that looks for crumbs (unlike me, i never see crumbs). It felt like an opportunistic trap a little bit, Nero had fallen into and MB was going for the kill.

At that point I was noticing MB premature-claiming in the thread and that's when I proposed a gambit, since it seemed like the whole neighbor bit was already blowing up in my face through no fault of mine.

In other word I think MB is scum.
If I've got the timeline right, you were already a little bit suspicious of Math when you suggested he do the mason gambit, right?

Why did you choose to out the gambit? Wouldn't it have helped you figure out Math's alignment if one of you were eventually NK'd?

VOTE: Nero

for rightfully pointing out that DGB looked sus for scumreading him when they both agree that MB is scum and that he's actively pursuing a MB wagon, yet maintaining that MathBlade is scummier than DGB when directly questioned.

From his perspective, DGB *should* be scummier for pushing him when he's voting and pushing a wagon on a shared scumread.

Nero red flip suggests the hood is clean.

You mean why I didn't think you and Math were SvS? Part of it is because I was thinking you were town already, and incidentally, MathBlade's reaction to being pushed seemed too emotional/genuine to feel like theater.

Anyone wanna ask a quick question before I go to bed?
ScumBlade's eloquent performance left me utterly disoriented, debased, depraved and sent me spiraling into a horrific murky abyss with emotional turmoil and immense despair as my only companions until slowly I suffocate in my own gloom, surrounded by failure.
