Looking back, I'm not sure I'm understanding Dunnstral's scum gameplay. Last I checked, nobody talked about what Dunnstral's scum looks like, only that it is completely different from what they know.

So, can someone please explain to me what Dunnstral's scum gameplay is like?

I mean that's another sigh. It's obviously mechanically suboptimal to have a macho IC flipping D1. I hope the subjective benefits can outweigh that, but I feel like it wouldn't have been that bad for you to at least try to push what you want without flipping and see if you were able to.
This is strictly wrong. The odds of getting shot, getting run up and being forced to use it or just being useless while you sit on it are too high.

If you are a player who finds yourself regularly doing nothing on day 1 and letting others guide early maybe flipping it is wrong but even then there is a whole host of reasons why it is better to flip day 1.

We can have this discussion after the game if you like but the play I made was the optimal play for my role easily.

None of these seem bad to me.

Regardless, sure we can discuss it after the game, but from a mechanical perspective it's objectively bad. (Which is the one I tend to approach games with wherever possible.) I hope (and trust) that you can make good use of it.

My opinion is that LLD saw she had IC and could barely contain herself, looking for literally anything to pick a fight just so she could go, "Hah!"

There's literally nothing in her claim to suggest scum Dunn, she just needs the bravado to sell it.

StrangeMatter leaning red. I'm really feeling Dunn and the bear pair right now, but number three is a harder decision to make. I'm gonna call it StrangeMatter for now (recency bias!) but Something_Smart is definitely up there.

Three things for Critter:
1: I thought you quickhammered.
2: Quickhammering red that you had so much doubt on the alignment of out of the blue would have been awful scummy, particularly with bears right behind. I'd have far too many red, so I would be trying to whittle it down, hence eyes on.
3: Gamma was, like, clearly replying to my message from last night. Like your name was not there, you were not quoted. It was to me and about my message? That was weird of you to misinterpret that hard -- so weird that I'm just gonna call it NAI. Because if it's AI, you're a third party or scum who has lost the plot and stuck their foot in it -- and if I read the setup right, there are no 3Ps.

PEDIT: Oh, okay, so n.3 is handled then.

I'm so tired of you. Get over yourself. I confidently misread you in one game and now you're taking every opportunity to insult my intelligence. Are you just trying to bait me to get angry? Or is this just not giving a shit about how others feel?

I'm asking you to stop being a jerk and play the game.

Oh and for the record Toog, your play in the game you're complaining about was sufficiently scummy that 7 other players also agreed you were scum. Admittedly, some of those were scum, but you managed to convince about 5 townies you were scum that game, so I don't know why you've got this problem with me all of a sudden.

If it was just me being wrong or illogical on you, you should have been able to survive without others scumreading you.

Oh and finally, what motivation does this serve you, doing this? You now know I'm town, so you're discrediting confirmed town.

That's playing against your wincon, if indeed you are town. If you think Dunn is town, you should be trying to convince me and others of this fact, instead of just taking pointless potshots at my character.

Mushshagana writes a lot of words but reaches no conclusions and doesn't talk about their reads beyond "I'm feeling it".
Toog's post is weird because they are focused on the IC and not in a good way.
Strangematter asked a pretty legitimate questionvthat deserves an answer rather than them being disregarded and called scum without explanation

Mush and Gamma both reference Bears to mean Milk and Mocha, because those characters are bears andbecause one half of the Hydra is PookyTheMagicalBear.
