I have a pretty simple set-up for my first game to mod... I'd like a reviewer to see if it is balanced and help me with it if not. It is for a mini normal which I am on the list to mod.

I'd like a reviewer and backup mod (do not have to be one in the same) for my first Large Theme, Webcomic Wars mafia, to be held after DN Mafia ends. Knowledge of webcomics is recomended, but not required to understand the setup.
I will not assume everyone with blue eyes has Mako poisoning

I've got a Smalltown setup based on Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri that I'm planning to run once my mini normal is over. Could do with an experienced eye or two to look it over for balance issues.
