It's always the same. When you fire that first shot, no matter how right you feel, you have no idea who's going to die. You don't know whose children are going to scream and burn. How many hearts will be broken. How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they're always going to have to do from the very beginning... SIT DOWN AND TALK!

So almost half and half so far. The only thing I've gathered is that adding a word to a question that's gotten a yes has so far gotten a no, whereas changing a word may or may not affect the response.
I'll take that as a rescinded guess, since you are correct that it is not possible.
(Also, I apologize in advance if this ends up being too hard. It is very difficult to judge how hard a rule will be.)

Rule guess:
If the sentence has at least one word whose letter count equals the number of the words in the sentence, answer yes. Otherwise, answer no.
example: "Is it an easy rule?" - five words, so needs a five-letter word for a yes. None present, so no.
"Do you like pizza?" - four words, so needs a four-letter words for a yes. "like" is four letters, so yes.
I guess it wasn't too hard, then It's hard to tell how close people are to getting it.
