Right, I guess not, it’s just in Masque I requested a password change and RH changed it the mod pt but forgot to inform me of it and if it weren’t for Datisi (his co-mod) it would have taken even longer but since RH just checked in and posted that he did in fact prod Flavia, it’s extremely unlikely that Roden sent a message that wasn’t delivered.

Had Roden claimed first who he sent it to - if he did in fact send it - we’d know at least that much because everyone else has posted and I don’t see why based off of his reads, he would message either Penguin or Flavia.

I don’t know why Roden claims he sent a message though and we have no confirmation but why wouldn’t he have straight up mentioned the player he did send it to?

Even a cursory reading of the last few pages would reveal that we're waiting for whoever Roden sent his thing to (I can't see Roden lying about the send). So I assume it's Flavia, unless Roden says differently. And if it isn't Flavia, Roden needs to tell us.

I"m not super enthused about limming Kokabiel today. I don't think Flavia is frozen scum since they pushed back on the pressure they were under earlier in the Day, but the longer they're gone the more I lean that way. Penguin was going to be vla through mid-week I think so I'm not worried about him activity wise, and if you're sussing him because of inactivity, don't. I don't know that he's town but he hasn't done anything scummy near as I can tell.

I think the Govt Agent is in my null pile. I don't think that role makes the splash that the others have. The players in the middle have been measured and/or inoffensive. I haven''t seen them either sweat or bite.

I sent it to Frog, for a few reasons. Sending it to my biggest detractor forces him to have to accept he was wrong, if he's town. That part's important, because Koka already stated that when an Advocate reveals themself, that it gives information to the Government.

Besides the player I target, the Government also learns that I'm town. And I asked the mod if the Government is explicitly told that they learn information from Advocate reveals, which the mod answered no and that they're just told that they have received "privileged information". I initially hoped to bait the Government into accidentally revealing themself, but Koka already outed that info, so they "know" not to announce the Friendly Neighbor message. Unfortunately for them, they didn't know I do actually choose a target as well.

So two players should know that I'm town, one of which is confirmed not to be the Government. But Frog didn't claim it, though he never denied it either and instead spammed posts to hit the post cap so that he could have an excuse to stop talking. If Frog is the Government, he would think I was trying to bait him into revealing himself, not realizing that my role didn't work the exact same as Koka's. In that case, no one is claiming to have received info from the mod because my target and the Government are the same player.

As of right now, if he continues to deny receiving info from the mod, then he's either the Government or a game-throwing townie who's refusing to admit he's wrong. If he does claim it now, then I think it's between him and Flavia, who appears to look like frozen scum who's trying to wait out the EoD so that she doesn't have to confirm or deny receiving info.

Also I have a theory that Koka's role also reveals their alignment to the Government. However, I think that there's a good chance they're actually a Traitor, and that their Advocate reveal also tells the main scum team that they're a Traitor. Which is why I asked Nancy what kind of roles could possibly want to get eliminated; if Koka is a Traitor, they might be trying to look scummy in order to sacrifice themself for a scum buddy who got run up AKA Passenger.

1) This set up is confirmed to not be bastard. Misleading results are considered bastard, especially mod-confirmed results.

2) Friendly Neighbor isn't a result, it's mod-confirmed info.

3) Frog claims to be using the exact wording of his role. It is explicitly against the rules to use exact wording from your role PM, yet the mod hasn't intervened.

That would make it even more strange that koka revealed so early, but I could see it if another scumteam member had a better role.

Roden is there any role-related obligation for you to reveal as advocate at any point?

PEdit: I agree. I didn't think Frog was third party because he was specifically referencing a recent game where he was SK, but I think it makes the most sense at this point.
