There is some confusion about the rules and the use of elimination in "other rules". The rules in other rules are stolen from plotinus and have no mechanical impact on the game. For information about what effect voting a player has please read the mechanical rules section of the OP. You could also read one of my co-mod's wonderful vote counts.

Anyway, what I was going to say is that I'm not really concerned about a scum lolhammer. I have, on occasion, seen town forget or go unaware that a player is at E-1 and accidentally hammer them. Idk, I'm just against early E-1s on principle.
