Also has everyone just decided to collectively ignore Roden VS HEM? I know HEM got cold feet n all and felt like he was getting set-up, but the fact that no one is capitalising on that set-up whatsoever makes me think there might not have been one at all.-

like I said i still think scum was distancing. Roden was E-1 for 8 hours.

A lot of options were raised to get out of Roden vs karmadog's dichotomy, but the boat was never rocked that hard. Maybe they knew both karmadog and Roden would flip town, and they didn't want to get out of those choices.-

anyone who townread both karmadog and roden - and is null/scumreading either of you - would have switched. I'm thinking takutai, karmadog, tweet, roden - plus people who didn't want to no elim. plus scum who would jump on it (if either of you are town) because they will be having more information. it was viable. very viable.
the fact we didn't see that seems important somehow. I'm thinking scum is locked and okay about the status quo because it will be a worse position in exchange of a very good position.
my god they probably really loved me too.-

putting this in the "easy to say" category. In post 1358, clidd wrote: My thoughts:
HEM and Elements are slots that after a reread seem better. HEM for behaviour,Elements for meta impressions.
Tweet and Daisy are still fine. Karma is within what I assumed to be his town meta, though perhaps with a disproportionate sense of confidence (rooted in past experience).
Gera and Flippy are nullish (LHF), but I haven't identified any malicious purpose or objective on their part.
Klick and Greeting have taken a dip after reanalysis, so I intend to revisit the slots today.
There are multiple reasons for the NK, so I won't use my energy speculating about this topic.
please expound on the bolded. So you reread and thought Elements is look better for meta reasons. Why? what meta?
Tweet and Daisy are still fine? I want to be clear, you dont think their interaction yesterday was unusual at all?NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

If you end up flipping scum in the game. Sure, but that world doesn't exist so thankfully we don't have to worry about this.In post 1410, curiouskarmadog wrote:

In future games I'm gonna write a lil PSA to put in my signature about it cause it's not something I like bringing up as a defence of some objectively bad play, but wcyd I felt it was necessary as the things you were pointing out as flaws were just symptoms of a disorder I have.-

so having a problem with posting and thinking a TYPE of posting is scummy is completely different. WHO CARES if you replaced out? YOU SAW I had did it in that game and was I town. But you think it is scummy here. calling bullshit. YOU KNOW it isnt scummy. YOU KNOW they were catch up posts, because that it how I post. Explain HOW this is scummy. In post 1386, Greeting wrote:
Yes, I did! Not just yours though, there was a lot of high-volume content in that game in general. That's why I replaced out of that game, I simply could not catch up.In post 1251, curiouskarmadog wrote: did you have the problem with the walls of text in this game we were in together?

where I was town....and posted said walls when I had to catch up.
Did you forget to mention my replacing out on purpose?

In the same realm tho, don't read me as town for admitting I have ADHD, just discount the reasonings that align with the symptoms. I don't want town reads for having it as much as I don't want scum reads for it either ykno.In post 1412, OopsieDaisy wrote:

I had to catch up 30 pages, I posted my thoughts on almost everything. That is 1000% more content than you have provided in this game.In post 1392, Greeting wrote:
Now, let's take his reaction to my vote. He countered it with wagoning me almost instantly. The core of his argument being that I did not have a problem with his walls of text in a past game. Thing is, I did, and the high volume of content in that game was exactly the reason why I had replaced out of that game. I don't really feel like this game has the same amount of high-volume content as the other andanyone can do a recap on their own.
Finally, I have a problem with the hypocritical argument that the reasons for me pushingckdare related to his playstyle (doing recaps in the main thread), whereas part of the reason why I am being pushed are my irregular patterns of activity, which are well, related to my playstyle. That's bullshit in plain sight and I'm honestly surprised that no one had caught that before.
All of this summed up does not look well forcuriouskarmadogand I am willing to keep voting that slot.
Im pushing you BECAUSE you are lying. You absolutely know as town I post in that style. it isnt scummy, but you needed a bullshit reason to jump on a wagon.
furthermore, and you have conveniently not addressed it. You also stated you initially voted me because most of my reads were null.
WELLLL, that also isnt true, but lets compare MY list of reads compared to your at that point. Yeah...I guess I understand WHY you didnt address that second bullshit reason.

do you have follow up to this comment or are you trying to direct conversation?
the only thing to note about HEM day two is that he isnt posting with the same fervor he did Day 1.

trying to direct conversation. it was something I and others (HEM, Elements off the top of my head) were making a big deal out of yesterday and it was what a lot of the conversation yesterday was dominated by. the fact that no-one had really expressed reads on it bar a collective shrug had surprised me and i wanted to prompt others to give their thoughts since I do feel it's impactful. In post 1417, curiouskarmadog wrote:

I'm not liking HEM for Roden flipping town (lead the push), the Takutai kill (Takutai was challenging HEM on a few things iirc, and had him in some hypothetical scumteams w/ me), the drop off in activity (feels out of character with the HEM I know from Day 1. There are town and scum explanations for this but it does concern me a bit).-

however I did really like how proactive he was day 1, and he's inarguably a super strong presence to have in the game regardless of alignment since he's been someone who's logic i've understood well + i have a preference for proactive players.-

so i'm conflicted on the slot. i do think he pairs with furtive and elements quite well so that's in the back of my mind too but obvs he's clearly a great asset to town if he is town.-

The meta is what I mentioned in one of my previous posts, which made me change the perspective I had on Elements.
Tweet and Daisy are still townies by play, regardless of wagon dynamics, flip or etc. That's what I mean by ''they are fine''.
The same argument can be made about HEM, because even with last day's conflict, my interpretation of the slot was not negatively affected (quite the opposite, in fact).-

Ok, maybe all scums are inside of this group: [Furtive, Greeting, Flippy, Klick, Gera].
If only 2 on above, I guess there is a world in which I'm wrong about HEM, and he is playing with our perceptions. If that's the case, then I'm going 0/4 against scum!HEM.
Anyways, the simplest solution is the first one.
I could go for either Furtive or Greeting here.
