I met up with some friends to play board games and one of them brought a copy of Gods of Egypt.

I've never played before but I noticed Isis was one of the gods so of course I chose to worship her and ended up winning by a fairly large margin because Isis is amazing.

I think it's a sign that Isis is town this game and I should put my full trust in her.

I know this means the only way this coalition can win if Isis and I are town is if the solve is exactly Bulge + Hellbooks - but I kind of want to believe it because I have a lot of faith that we will win even if Isis thinks that it's like playing Ashe with a blasting wand.

It could just be isis/hellbooks. This is a perspective slip or something. Like the way you're trying to build your readstate and logically proceed to an optimal coalition is messed up

I've been mislimmed about four times for jokeposting and limmed zero times for jokeposting which makes it feel really weird to engage with the whole, Isis make joke Isis scum. I say weird cause like. There's no reason this couldn't be the first game I make jokes and am scum. And then some angles on assessing the joking can make sense for the scum wincon, although some can't.
But also like, since I've seen it go wrong several times I feel like I should have the super smart dissecty thing for it but I don't.

I also have not seen it effectively used on another player, not in any way logically distinct from being sure to exempt jokes from a tally from one of those reads of "creature is posting creature is town" which I'm p sure my posts here survive that culling albeit more narrowly than I thought. Maybe they do not survive that culling specifically for Isis and most of my towngames are more delightful and insightful than I feel? I would love to twist it into a beautiful compliment

Fypov you just go skitter/sheep/tris locktown. It makes no sense for you to feel like that trio has some kind of bonus scum equity because specific teams in your car aren't likely
The teams are like whatever I think you're only interested in them because you're not putting your leotard on one leg at a time like all of us uninformed slots

i wasn't really thinking about specific teams when i made that post

my thought process was:

1. im not actually sure if isis and ari are scum. like individually my read on both is wavering

2. what if they're both town

3. well obviously not all 4 people outside the coalition are scum, silly. there's only 2

4. ok so it could be hellbooks/bulge and then this coalition still wins?

5. that seems too easy. what if it isn't

6. then one of skitter/tris/sheep is scum

7. am i confident that they aren't?
