I think I misunderstood the extent to which you scumread tris. You make a lot of nice points.

I think her failure to build a winning coalition is antitown in a way I just unfortunately expect from her.

I also think it is pretty safe to say that Tris did virtually nothing to find a correct coalition. Not in the sense that she wasn't putting out some of her own coalitions occasionally, but in the sense that she never once tried to work with others to build an actual town core. She never once tries to make the game state change to actually match the coalition she claimed she wanted.

I think this might be her towniest post. With her hellbooks progression as an extension of it, I felt like her concern that it is hard to develop reads in this game but she starts leaning a certain way on each slot anyway is genuine. I have undersubstantiated reads all over this lobby too.

The failure to coalition build is less other-wincon-indicative if you remember her reads are as flat as she seems to indicate they are.
