I design setups offsite (kinda)
so basically I'm like "hmmm 2 investigatives is p stacked no matter how you put it to me. does scum have anything to counteract it?"
while you look for scum, I look for balance.
thoughts:
-host/mod/whatever you call it could pull a funni and give the neighbours a town/mafia split.
-if kkfc is scum vote civil next.
-bob scum then probably random backup doc next.
-rolestopper looks weak af for town but strong for scum.
