"Role not working as advertised" is not how Vortox works. That is how drunk/poison work. Drunk/poison is "Mod has discretion to have the role not work as intended". Vortox is "Every piece of information the mod provides a user must be false". Two pieces of true information is the role not working as intended, but it absolutely ISN'T "all information provided by the mod is false"

i guess? it's just strange because it depends on the wording of the savant results pm, if it explicitly states "one of the following is true and the other is false" then it seems totally allowable to give 2 true statements if vortox is in play
Because both pieces of actual information provided to the player is true. The "One of the following is true and the other is false" isn't information. It is a description of how the role works the appears pro forma. You yourself even structured it that way, using bracketed filler to indicate where actual info would go.

the "1" in the result i got last night is not a false statement. the false statement is "1 dead player is evil". to me information is what you derive from the results of your role, not necessarily the results themselves.
also uh i just realized piggy can't be scum anyway
if i said "the following may or may not be true: i am holding a green pen" there's no information there. you didn't learn anything. it's only information if i say or imply that the statement is true/false
