And their thought process is insanely easy to read on an objective level if they are scum/town.

Like when they are scum, you can see their objective of survival, and when they are town, you can see their “just kill me so i don’t have to do anything” mentality

Imo, Loyal Mailman is a direct counter to Loyal Neighborizer.

Based on the message in the Mailman, i could have assumed that it could have been a trick to out scum.

However, Marcistar is claiming to be a Loyal Neighborizer and a Neighborhood was successfully created.

Loyal Mailman and Loyal Neighborizer are not aligned.

If Marci is lying, Mailman will come out eventually and confirm Drew further.

I feel Drew was legitimately confused, so in all worlds, Drew is town.

Loyal Mailman or Loyal Neighborizer is scum.
