That looked like a jokey remark to me as if he was expecting someone else to make a post sheeping the current thread flow maybe?
It didn't seem to be him announcing a further post from him, because he posted afterwards and I don't get how the subsequent post is a 'flock post' if I understand that to just be a post that sheeps (something).
