E can be absolutely content with multiple votes as either a bus or a specific read but e chooses to use a vote as a method to sort or pull the game somewhere. Gaining thread control is not inherently scum motivated. I might just sheep it, wagoning replacins do not leave a good taste in my mouth. Town usually loses games with this perspective.
