Null on JV. @204 is kinda concerning for me. It's a non-commitable accusation and the 'Am I looking too deeply?" is a sudden change in tone from a player that seems incredibly confident. I like the Macho Man vote though.

My confidence comes from believing in my own skills rather than the reads itself if you want a deeper explanation of why this is a common thing I hear about me. Some reads though my doubts slip through and I try to rely on others to give me the backwards feedback I feel I need at the time rather than digging my heels into the dirt and finding them myself. Two sides of the same coin, trying to do the same thing but sometimes that confidence shakes. Which I'm sure you can understand ;)

I wouldn't say I fake my confidence but more so follow my feelings with as much of myself as I can. For a few reasons one of which is that confidence is a lot more contagious than uncertainty and restraint. I want my reads to be reciprocated and followed and if I can't even follow through with it in confidence how can I expect anybody else to do the same?

It also helps me get to the root of the reason I'm reading someone a particular way, as it's almost never the reason I catch/call people out on. It's always some underlying thing I have an issue with, often times a lot of what I see in somebody that I like/dislike root down to a single thing and if I can knock out if that's a reliable thing to read someone by then that's amazing. I can be more confident or ignore the tells that are actually AI. The issue is with locating these cores though, which with confidence and to have my entire oomph behind what I say I can do that.

So, I have this pet theory, and it revolves around something that Lucca said earlier in the day:

Boiling it down, if Lucca was a wolf here then this post would very easily serve as an attempt at shading you.
While it isn't definitive [I'd still be down to axe Lucca the most out of everyone] it feels like something to keep in mind when reading Lucca's posts.

Black, my dear, this doesn't seem like you, usually you sink your teeth in a bit more than this. More an observation rather than a read, but is making me say hmmmm.

That being said, it does feel like the only think going on is the back and forth between Jackson and Lucca......I said to myself I need to look at a past Jackson scum game since I get pings of that.

If you were trying to read me based off of previous performance, you would have had my head. This game is more atypical as I try playing Mafia again.

I am (mostly) posting just to post, as the group of people I want to talk with happen to be the same group of people who aren't here to talk. To ramble a bit; I'm waiting on some of the low-posters to pick up the slack and have some more thread presence. While I ~could~ try conversing with the high presence peeps, they already have a pretty firm grip on the game and have probably already answered any questions I would have in their posts.
