basically combined watcher/observer but i do not get to differentiate between the results

any action i saw either could have been taken by or preformed on the target

flavor leaf claimed flavor cop so that action was almost certainly them doing a cop

roden i have no clue but i am now seriously wondering if group scum roden would actually ask me to investigate them that night and then preform the action
