DE how's plurality voting handled in the event of a tie?

As mentioned in the rules, in the event of a tie, it is resolved through wagon seniority (basically, the wagon that got bigger first would be the one to go through).

Spoiler: example of this for clarity

Let's say the VC is something like

DragonEater70 (3): Alianna, Aliana, Abnegation
Alianna (3): DragonEater70, IceDragon70, Sleepy Dragon

Not Voting (3): Broccoli Quest 2, Nautical Dawn, Thomith

And then Broccoli Quest 2 votes Alianna (bringing her to 4 votes), followed by Nautical Dawn voting DragonEater70 (tying the wagons). Then in this scenario Alianna is eliminated because she got to 4 votes first.

Also note that in this scenario, if I unvote and then Alianna unvotes after me, the wagon on me becomes the senior wagon because it became short later.
