The only thing that gives me a slight pause is you coming across as town leader a bit, like trying to control the line of questioning, but that is probably more paranoia than anything.

I do feel like you should get my town game more, at the very least, but again again I understand I come across as a riddle wrapped in an enigma lol

A bizarre post in a similar vein. (I got kind of angry at this, so I wrote an unnecessary refutation. It's here if you want to read it, though it isn't worth much): If you're so confident in your own reads that you'd eliminate a player because you think they have bad reads, why not just eliminate your scumreads? Why not eliminate a scummy player with bad reads? Why would you assume that such a player you want to "optimally" elim exists in the first place? This might be a joke, but I'm less inclined to think so after similar posts from them. 193, 194 and 195 are also bizarre in themselves, and then they snugly fit 198's conceptualization of how scum will play.

this is pretty harsh on what i think is fairly clearly me just having fun. is you calling things "bizarre" an indication of you feeling they mean something about my alignment? if so, why?

198 was very obviously self-referential didn't think i had to spell that one out

and for the record i wasn't saying that i should be the arbiter of who gets eliminated, just that it is optimal from an objective pov to elim the town who won't vote with the rest of town. obviously we can't know who that is with our limited knowledge and so it's not a valid strategy and that's why it was a joke

Shouldn't this be your best reason to TR someone? Too bad you want WL dead anyway, but can this be connected to the elim strategy posited in 67 in any way? Relating 239 to 67, what would you characterize WL's reads as, and would you be opposed to them? I'm not opposed to voting WL, but Sun's justification for voting them (see also [post]252[/post)] isn't good. Let's just focus on who we SR for now.

yes, as indicated by my heals, WL was among my top two townreads. i think they are still. i don't want them dead. im not planning to vote them

i think the rest of the post is either you forcing a case, or if you're town, us philosophically disagreeing on what is important or meaningful at this stage in the game as well as how to sort people and what should be valued as a read

I looked at Drew's games and the result of that is that my TR on him is less confident. Then I reread this game. I wish I had come away from all that with some kind of revelation but really I'm just less certain about everything. I still like my vote on WL and I'm also willing to vote mirrored today. Mostly just that she's had very similar thoughts to me for most of the game, and seems to be trying to solve the game. The solving seems natural because she's been posting those similar thoughts before I've said anything that would clue her into me thinking them.

I have had some passing thoughts that maybe she's pocketing me, but also a sense that maybe she suspects I'm pocketing her so that sorta cancels it out.
