I was trying to figure you out at that point, and didn't fully understand why you would jump to the conclusion that you jumped to.

So I wanted to find out how you came to that conclusion

I guess it didn't feel like a solving question to me. You seemed to have some confidence that I was town at the time. You said the only thing holding you back was that I was being a town leader. So this question coming after that seemed more like you were trying to figure out the severity of my scumread on you which I think is more likely to come from scum!you. but i think drew's answers to his reads here have been awkward (which is potentially influenced by the drink enjoying which makes it slightly harder to parse) and political

i think he doesn't really have a reason to suspect blood but if he were partnered with mirrored then that's the best escape route he can take when stuck in that corner

Just throwing this quote in, because the first two lines are the opposite of Sunflower's "dumbtell." There are arguments that both stating things that scum would be aware of (e.g. all town has to be against them) and seeming like you're not aware (e.g. assuming scum has nightkill) can be scummy. I personally can't read too much into either of these two opposites.

Doctor Drew kind of took the words out of my mouth, still wanted to point this out myself anyway. Good for him I guess?

I remember reading this just before the site crashed last night and I didn't understand why they were going out of their way to praise me, not sure if this was an original thought they had or just trying to latch onto my argument........so if I squint maybe I see something scummy here.

But I don't understand your argument about them being scummy because they are withholding their prior experience

the "one scum between black/blood" was like kinda tenuous it wasn't something i firmly believed in, it just felt that way from how i was viewing the gamestate at the time

I am a simple man lol, you through out an associative from the sky......I wanted to know the thought process behind it since I couldn't objectively see it

yeah thats why i really wanted him to answer that question a moment ago and why i was like "hmmmm" at his answer

it did make me second guess

but idk it could have been an instinctive call. if he's reading the gamestate properly then you voting mirrored is very likely a loss state for a scumteam of drew/mirrored (this is why i said it was a potentially winning play) and so he kinda has to bluff and hope you back off a low confidence vote

and if he isn't reading the gamestate properly then he is probably just going with his gut on what he should do which could probably tell him to put his partner as his 2nd vote choice

idk im not sure. maybe it's a stretch? that's why i doubted it

i still think he's played fairly positionally and that could easily come from scum but something feels off to me about him being partnered with mirrored

or probably also with drew. idk maybe drew is able to recognize that a wagon is more likely to start on himself than on blood and so him saying he wants to vote blood is free real estate as long as he never actually does it. since if a town votes him, he can just pivot to 1v1 them and say they're paired with blood while never actually voting blood

i have no idea if drew plans things out this strategically though i think of him as a more instinctive scum player but i don't know if that's true
