how confident are you that there are 2 scum left?
it's the most likely scenario. there is still one possible version of the setup where there's only one left, you're right.

Which version of the setup would you be referencing? And when I said scum did you take that as mafia or as mafia and SK combined? Because if we have 1 maf and 1 SK they can’t really coordinate their votes

TTTT on the setup rng. and yes i was meaning the red team not all anti-town roles combined. should've been clearer. and yeah, the scenario where there's only one mafia left has an SK so two scum by that definition.

Yes ok cool, I worked out now why 6T setup is impossible (:
(must have a SK and/or a multishot vig. so cannot have the 1-shot vig or no SK that would make 6T possible)

I think it's the opposite actually. I think revealing our votes makes it much easier for scum to direct a lim to a townie. In the event they are in the PoE they know exactly which townie they need to pile on based on who everyone else is voting. If it's a mystery, they really have to pick through everyone's posts to see who they are most likely to vote for in order to coordinate anything
E.g. (assuming it's 6 v 2 currently) if by the end of the night they know 3 of us suspect scumplayer and 2 of us suspect townplayer A and the other one of us suspects townplayer B, they can add their two votes to townplayer A and get townplayer A limmed. Compared to if we agree in that scenario we'll all lim player A, they can't block that happening. Even if we only get 4 of us in agreement it would stand a good chance of going through (scum could only block it if both the other townies vote the same player as each other allowing scum to tie the votes and maybe win a coinflip).
This only works if you assume everyone only suspects one player. It's much more common for people to have a wider PoE

I find it interesting that CSF asked Moros about halfasleep here, specifically asking Moros why it thought halfasleep was town. Moros also expressed a townread on ming in its post. At this point in the game CSF was essentially voting for ming according to 69, so why wouldn't CSF be curious about Moros's ming townread? It makes sense in a scum!halfasleep world for CSF to question Moros on an incorrect townread here
