Yes that would work, but I mean what I was thinking was scum can just not kill if they want, and then 4 of 12 looks pretty strong...Or does one of them HAVE to pick two targets?

Also, what would happen in this situation: Night X, 1 scum 1 VT 1 PGO. Is scum fucked, does scum auto win by that point, or does he have to pick the VT first? Or is it up to my discretion?
