okay, sorry, been busy
about the iceman bandwagon; my vote was initially more of a pressure vote (i think it was the third) which left us far from the unsubstantiated lynch that i was worried about.
@iceman: have you played any other games under an alt or on another site?
Fongoid:
what kind of info have you gained from these bandwagons? who would you vote for if the day was ending soon and why?iso2 wrote:As far as the current bandwagons, I'm hardly convinced by the reasons, though players under pressure do provide info, so I'll submit to SpyreX's bandwagon badgering...
[in ref to riddick and ice]
Who do you think is more likely and why?iso5 wrote:Could be a bit of distancing between two scum, but I'm starting to think that at least one of them is.
Riddick: a very active, inquisitive player. uncertain of the purpose of half the questions tho.
@riddick: gained any significant reads from your questions?
[in ref to hoopla's town read on sotty and sidekick]
How do you disagree? Do you think they are neutral, anti-town or scummy?Riddick wrote:I disagree with both of these reads.
@hoopla: does the knowledge that riddick's played under an alt. change how you interpret him?
Spyre's debate with sidekick was a little distracting and didn't bring anything to light, but i agree with his interpretation of sidekick in his iso30, tho
@wuic: why do you think your vote should be on me and not ice?-

Still feels town - I have no desire to lynch from the limited pool of regularly active players, also.DisgruntledSean wrote: @hoopla: does the knowledge that riddick's played under an alt. change how you interpret him?-

yah it's prob jealousy, idk what else would explain it of course it's also a fantastic way for town to have a read when they can't explain it, so yeah.WingsOWisdom wrote:
That's kind of my point. You've told me that you think DisgruntledSean is town, but you haven't told meRiddick wrote:
gut read yo. i don't think i can quantify it really. Perhaps I'm just jealous because my gut seems to only tell me when I'm hungry, but it seems like a fantastic way for scum to have an opinion without actually providing any reasoning....

I disagreed that they were both probably town, although I've changed my mind on Sotty lately, sidekick is neutral.DisgruntledSean wrote:
i don't ask that many questions, lol. yeah i have, i think they've helped me out enough, most of them were b/c i wasn't sure or needed clarification iirc (cba to check back) but they've obviously helped.@riddick: gained any significant reads from your questions?

Eh, join date doesn't say much about experience.
Er... that's not this game. IcemanE has listed Newbie 584 and Mini 584. We're in Mini 932.DisgruntledSean wrote:i missed the join date, i checked his wiki and it seemed he had this game and a newb one.
It seems like DisgruntledSean is stretching to find reasons to find IcemanE scummy.-

What don't you like about it exactly? It obviously isn't bad enough to make you question your read on Iceman, and remove your own vote - so why mention it?Sotty7 wrote:Ugh... Don't like that vote.
Cruelty what do you think about Sean? I did a quick look over your ISO and I don't see you mentioning him. Where is Ice on your suspect list?

Very much this.WingsOWisdom wrote:It seems like DisgruntledSean is stretching to find reasons to find IcemanE scummy.
It looks like you're shaping to jump ship to DisgruntledSean, but then....you don't.-

Because I am finding Ice scummy but obviously not sold on my read 100%
Combine that with Sean and his weak attempt to throw weak suspicion on Ice and I'm not sure what to do. Cruelty putting Ice at lynch-1 is something the game needs with 4 days till deadline, but doesn't mean I have to like it.
Also I don't like how Cruetly hasn't mentioned Sean.-

It's been almost a whole week since we last saw IcemanE. It's probably time to start looking for a replacement.
If activity rate is an indication of being scum, I'd say we're pretty much screwed, because we're probably about one mis-lynch away from losing the game. Which really means we have a bunch of town players who aren't posting. Yum.
The rules don't seem to indicate any different lynch requirements at deadline, so we're going to have to come to a decision soon. I'd much rather see IcemanE replaced than lynched, especially since we have another strong lynch candidate who at least occasionally posts (DisgruntledSean).-

What do I think of Sean?
I didn't have a huge problem with his iceman vote, to be honest. I mean I understand the contradiction in theory, but in reality he (iceman) only had 2 votes at the time so Sean's vote wasn't hugely significant in terms of edging the wagon closer to the cliff edge.
I just get a slightly scummier feeling from ice - the inactivity coupled with the attitude reversal regarding bandwagons sets my spidey senses tingling a bit more.the nexus of the crisis-
