What do you make of this, Paltry?

What do I make of his claim? I'd say vanilla townie is the easiest claim for scum, especially this early on. His claim did nothing to convince me and his lack of effort afterwards convinces me to keep my vote where it is.

The fact that no one seemed to notice he claimed? I don't know what that means really. It just struck me as odd really.

If we can't muster more activity, mipe will probably be lynched by default. I'm not entirely comfortable with that. I'd like to know that everyone who is on the lynch is accountable for the lynch. What's more, I think we can probably do a wee bit better than a mipe lynch. He might be scum, I'm wavering on it a bit, but some of the wagonny votes on to him have been terribad. Like ksun's.

I'm uncomfortable with the fact that a lack of activity almost makes him a lynch by default. I'd say we could get another lynch if we were a more active town, but as it stands we're almost locked in to a mipe lynch because there's no way enough people will be active in time to lynch anyone else. He becomes a lynch by default, rather than a lynch because of a majority of the town thinking he is the scummiest player, or even necessarily thinking he is scummy.

I would rather have him be lynched by majority vote, hence forcing more people to take a position on the wagon and ensuring that if he is a townie who scum would like to be lynched, the scum are forced to use up a certain amount of capital to push it past the endpoint. As it stands there are a number of people who haven't really comitted to

any

opinion of the mipewagon; and what's more, with no viable alternative, there's less opportunity in later days for significant votecount analysis. In terms of information, a default lynch because too many people are locked into a mipevote and no one else is in lynching threshold is about the worst possible situation.

Drawing it out by asking for a deadline extension is not ideal either, but it's probably the lesser of two evils.

First, iso 1 looks too apologetic.

Not only his early posts (iso 3,4,5,6,7,10) are full of rhetoric and forced questions to appear active. He never develops his opinions/suspicions after having the answers. His only strong spect is basically mipe which is really hard to believe for a non VI townie like him in a large game day 1.

Then in iso 14, the post that caught my attention, he comments about the mipe claim without any new input. I would expect something like his iso 15, "your claim didnt don anything to convince me, diescumdie", or something like that, specially when he is locked in mipe scum. Iso 15 is also a forced opinion since he gave his explanation when I pointed his information instead of analysis.

Last question to Shanba is one another example of a rethoric and forced question. I dont see what does paltrytown could get with asking that question.

I've actually been accused of this before on day 1. It also was a large game.
My strategy day 1 as town: Find someone who doesn't appear to be helping town in the slightest, aka appears to be coasting. Coasting, as you might agree, is a sign of scumittude. Throw my vote at them and see how they react. Depending on if I think it is a scummy reaction or not, I keep my vote there. Everyone else, I ask questions to things I want answered / things I think are missing.

I admit iso 14 is lacking in content. Of which I elaborated in iso 15. If my concerns are illogical / illfounded, explain to me how. I have every reason to suspect mipe.

My question to Shanba: I was confused as to why he left the mipe wagon to go on a different lurker wagon, and then accused the one he left as being a bad one.
So, he votes mipe and ksun for similar reasons and then isn't fine with the original? It confused me. I asked. End of.

Finally, activity seems to be picking up. mipe's wagon is still legit. However Paltry seems promising. I am liking Anon's accusations so far: every accusation he has make sense and do not feel like accusations for the sake of accusation. I disagree with ksun, he seems more likely to be a VI rather than scum.

I will be having a busy week due to my relatives visiting(and staying in mah haus). Will definitely have an effect on my activity but I will still post as much as I can.
