Due to the unexpectedly open arms that this project has been met with, Councillor Cherermin would like to take this moment to ask for donations. He refers back to a previous statement that "absolutely no donations are expected" to continue construction, but without a suitable increase in funds, construction will be delayed in some countries.

1.25 billion (1B in construction, .25B in staffing and maintenance)

It's a huge structure that will act as church/hospital/homeless shelter/education centre. Seriously, these are planned to be major boons to the cities they occupy.
Chesstopia will be defending Cybelle from any and all attacks. In addition, Chesstopia will help fund the development of the Chesstopian centre when they recieve money from god next monday
