Let the man play, what's the worst that could happen, he could win? Let's just have some fun.

I don't particularly think it'll be fun for quite a few of us involved if we allow someone in who's likely to just storm through the entire tournament. The idea is pitting together people of equal skill; everything shows that he's not of equal skill to us.

Ok well now I feel like i'm unnecessarily promoting drama, so just do what you feel is best I guess.

I use 2 hotkeys: "S" for SCVS and "A" to attack and to make marines. Everything else I click.

I have no knowledge of any 1v1 maps. I played 5 or 6 only a long time ago.

You know and have played with Claus. He beat me.

Maybe I am overestimating your skills but I doubt I am any good. Let's play some starcraft and everyone can see first hand.

Look let's just fucking play, if I am too good I will use another race in the tournament, I don't even know what the pre-required structures of protoss and zerg are, played twice at most against AI.

Hey guys,

1- I am interested in helping JDodge cast. Or at least write summaries to the replay packs. Seems fun. I volunteer to host any files as well.
2- I feel that 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 is a completely different beast than 1x1. I'm ranked waaaay higher in these ladders than I am in 1x1 (which I'm only mid-silver, BTW)
3- I think the best compromise for everyone would be to have all participants play their placement matches (come on, Albert, it is just 5 matches to avoid a lot of drama)
4- People suggesting that Albert would throw matches to enter the tournament are in retard mode.

Btw, I watched ABR's replay, and for what it's worth, he got carried in that match, so based on that I wouldn't have any problem personally seeing him in a 1v1 tourney.

i'm thinking that the smartest way of doing business here is to have ABR do his placement matches, yes; as soon as he's placed in the appropriate league, we'll be able to go

it would be for the best for the tournament in general if we get this done as soon as possible so we can start; i'm ready to go with alternate versions of everything if things change
