Aces High = Bunker up, Siege tank up, Perdition Turret up, kill everything that approaches. Use Mind control towers on Ultralisks and have them tank their particular wave of baddies, prepare for the one big overlord drop with several missile towers on the southeast side of your base, have a squad of banshees constantly going around hunting Nydus worms. Hopefully you did the pre-mission that removes all enemy air units instead of the one that clears all the nydus worms, because it's easier to complete Aces High that way.

It's a strat which was very common in EU in June, but it's insanely hard to use it if your opponent (T) is on par with you in term of expand (which is also the flavor now) so I don't know if it's advised in bronze league. Check replays from Nerchio, Dimaga, Morrow, Stephano and Lalush for the top EU zergs.
End of season lock doesn't mean anything other than a temporary halt of promotions, your MMR will still increase/decrease during that period, so if you are getting enough wins during the lockout you'll be promoted immediately following your one placement match at the start of Season 3.
At the end of the day, your "rank" within your particular mini-division of 100 players is what means nothing at all (arbitrary ranking within an undeclared segment of a particular 20% of the starcraft playing population). Unless you are Grandmaster, at which point it means nothing at all for a completely different reason (apathy).
Also, anyone have any recommendations for a good priced gaming mouse/gaming keyboard? My mouse works for the time being, but my keyboard is absolutely horrendous.
Oh well. I'm going to play through again to get the Welcome To The Jungle Hard achievement, anyway, since I did that one early on and without upgrades because I wanted to get all the tech achievements this time through, so I can always change it next time.

It totally depends on how you play. But the cheapest are KSK-6001 UELX (quite silent) and the Saitek V5 (more durable). Are you a keyboard crusher ? Do you love playing in silence ? Mechanical or not ? - those are the kind of questions you want to answer beforehand.
For a mouse, I have the Steelseries Kinzu. I got it for like $20 when Newegg had a deal on it but it's still pretty cheap normally. Really good though.
If I ever get the cash to build a gaming tower and some peripherals (lolyearite) I'm going to get the 7G. Pricy, but I've used one before and it's wicked slick.
Ski mask? Check! Sawed off? Check! Guilty conscience, fear of death? Check! Check! Check!
I prefer a wired keyboard/mouse, that's all I know. The biggest problem with my current keyboard, I think, is that it feels too wide... having to reach to Ctrl+# to set control groups is a stretch for my finger, not to mention I feel like the gap from the left half the keyboard (where my left hand usually is) over to my mouse (where my right hand usually is) is way too wide.
I haven't had any issues with a crappy wireless keyboard/mouse combo.
What's the advantages of going to a real gaming keyboard? I just don't see it. Besides no batterys, that's the biggest thing I see. Never had it die out, I get a good 3 days of warning when it's about to shit out.
I seem to binge on SC for a week or two every month. Played a lot at the end of April/start of may, then again first few weeks of june, and now only a few games a week. So yea, I play, but not as much right now because of class work and steam sales.
I'd just rebind everything to suit your own needs. I have small-medium hands, so I just shift everything to the left side of my keyboard. 2-5 are my love taps and 1 and 6 outers tend to be micro units I need fast, like infestors or overseers. I use one control group for hatches, queens, and have tab set to cycle hatches. My inject is bound to R so I can Tab+R inject with my pinky and forefinger very rapidly.
So high, so low, so many things to know.
