Sorry, forgot about this game.
I'm not the SK.
Then again, I don't think an SK would counterclaim CA at this point, an SK could just kill him at night and stay undercover.
My gut feeling says CA is mafia and not SK. His claim shows a lot of similarities to me in Mini 285 where I was mafia claiming SK. I'm not willing to risk everything based on gut feeling, so CA can live another day.
Re-read coming up.Mafia is not about who is right, mafia is about who is left.-

I think the difference semantically between you claiming SK in 285, and his in this one is that you delcared you were anti-town and unwilling to work with the town whereas he has not gone either way. When I hear any man talk of an unalterable law, the only effect it produces upon me is to convince me that he is an unalterable fool.-

If you Read BMQ's SK claim, his was curable, and also could be both pro-town and anti-town, dpeending on the stage of the game.Ameliaslay wrote:As ambiguous, it's like he realizes that to stay alive he must vote with and etc. what the town wants, but it's not wholehearted as in BMQ's more reluctant...
Unless CA's Serial Killer isn't vanilla, it's an anti-town role,, as it will win on it's own and no other way.
That said, I still think he's tomorrow's lynch at the earliest, due to the balance of the game (we haven't lynched a single scum yet).
Can I just go back to these three questions I asked early:
I can't see any reason to finger Y2 as Mafia (which the SK needs to find as much as us, right?). But maybe I've missed something. Perhaps CA could help us with his thoughts there? If you look at CA's Tracker post, he tries to pin the blame on Yosarian2. Why that particular player?
Again why that choice? It seems the Scum and CA both hit Coron over night. Why? He'd not flagged 'cop' to me.
Random question really! What sort of Berry is the Serial Killer, out of interest?
This is odd. It's not a good gamble to block one of six unknown people in case they are scum over one definite anti-town player.Cherry wrote: role-blocking him wouldnt be a bad idea to prevent him from taking another townie. that way we could worry about who is mafia and who isnt.
on the other hand...it would be a good gamble to block someone else for the next night in case that person is a mafia, esp if that mafia is the one taking a townie out. that would give the town much better odds over scum.
You might roleblock any doctor we have, or any other useful pro-town role. You might role-block a scum... but the scum who isn't killing tonight. I can't see how this helpful at all.-

I didn't think Yosarian2 was scum, and I thought I could get the scum to join my bandwagon, claim tomorrow, and make it through til the end of the game that way.I can't see any reason to finger Y2 as Mafia (which the SK needs to find as much as us, right?). But maybe I've missed something. Perhaps CA could help us with his thoughts there?
Lucky guess. It seems the Scum and CA both hit Coron over night. Why? He'd not flagged 'cop' to me.

I notice that neither Cherry nor Ameliaslay has said much all game about who they consider to be scummy. Not lurking, but not a lot of content in either of their posts. Do either of you have any thoughts about who you think is suspicious?I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie-

CA has had most of the attention lately which is taking focus off of everyone else. everyone else is talking about CA's intentions more than realizing that there are scum wating for us to find them.
Ameliaslay hasn't said much in the way of who she suspects but i wouldnt go as far as voting her before asking what her opinion is.
Bacde voting her without giving her time to explain is a bit scumy, more like impatient, which can be scumy.~LoVe Is BlInD~HaTe NeVeR MiSSeS~-

And Amelia.
Some people have been quiet, that makes them look more like lurker-scum. It's possible that (some) scum would keep quiet now while we are busy trying to bump of our serial killer, as they know that's the best play for them.-

I re-read and I don't think anyone really is scummy. If I had to choose though, I'd go for saying Bacde is scum.
Mostly for
followed by Coron telling him to view all posts by ciprian, and then:Bacde wrote:Where are you guys getting these gut feelings on Ciprian? I'd love to join the bandwagon if I knew why.
Note that there's nothing that has changed during the 25 minutes between Bacde's first post and his second, since he claimed he already read all posts by ciprian, yet in the first post Bacde implies he doesn't have a clue why ciprian is scummy, and then blatantly throws a vote on ciprian. Asking for reasons/approval for bandwagonning, and joining the bandwagon as soon as approval is received is inherently scummy.Bacde wrote:Coron, you should have assumed that I already did that. Because I did. I'm no dummy when it comes to trying to do the work myself.
I guess his whole "Posting mental notes is scummy" Tyrade is pretty stupid. Either way, voting Ciprian is better than no vote at all, and I think Lloyd stopped being so crazy.
Unvote; Vote: CiprianMafia is not about who is right, mafia is about who is left.-

Yeah...that's the second time Bacde's voted a little too quickly and impatiently today, in a possible lynch or lose situation. First he brought CA to 3 votes saying, after I pointed out that lynching the SK would cause the town to lose, and now he voted Ameliaslay a little too quickly without giving her a chance to respond. I agree that she hasn't said much useful this game, and one vote isn't enough to cause a speedlynch, but still, Bacde is fairly high on my list.
Still waiting to hear from Ameliaslay, also.I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie-

Sorry guys, This slipped to the bottom of the thread so I kinda forget about it. I have the same position on SK's as I did in the mini w/ ziliu I don't trust them, but as has been said killing CA might put us in lynch or lose. I really don't have any concrete suspicions about anyone, the person I was semi-suspicious of died in the night... But as has been said the focus has been on CA since daybreak, it's hard to get a read on anyone else
What kind of argument is that?Bacde wrote:As I was rereading her posts I didn't feel her adamant vibes to catch the scumWhen I hear any man talk of an unalterable law, the only effect it produces upon me is to convince me that he is an unalterable fool.-

If you are assuming the standard 3 mafia then no we aren't in a lynch or lose situation. Lynching CA would not put us in a lynch or lose situation, but would actually cause us to lose.
@Ziliu, you ended yesterday with a vote on me also. Is there a reason you so adamently want me specifically lynched?-

Lloyd, is there a reason your votes still on CA that we should know?
I'm not feeling that Y2 isn't scum.
Lloyd seems to be very detailed and logical and shows no flaws that shout scum.
CA is a claimed SK, and I believe if we need him alive. For now.
I'm not keen on Bacde's reasoning behind voting for Ameliaslay.
I'm currently ambivalent towards Amelia, but happier now she's involved.
I have no idea about ziliu. Looking back I can't see much from them at all, which is a possible lurker-scum trait. Similar can be said for Cherry.
I'd love to see more from both.
I'm going to stick my neck out a little withFoS: Bacde. There seems to be a bit of misdirection by him, and some slightly spurious ideas. Only a feeling that I can't quite back up enough to vote. Best go and do a post-by-post in the next 24 hours.-

The longer the vote pools stay still with my vote on Amelia, the happier I am with my vote. Do remember that voting is a dynamic concept.
@TheCesspit- What part of what I am saying seems to be intended to misdirect?
At the moment I feel like I'm the only person here trying to find the mafia. Since nothing changed since I have voted her, I feel very good with my vote on Amelia. If I had to guess another scum, honestly right now I'd say ziliu for accusing me and doing nothing about it when he doesn't get much approval from others. It goes both ways.-

Well, I could vote you but that'd just be an OMGUSWhen I hear any man talk of an unalterable law, the only effect it produces upon me is to convince me that he is an unalterable fool.
