What kind of state is the arena in? I haven't been on since last night. Also, if you're on without me, you'll have to put up with the regular day/night cycle. That plugin still isn't behaving.
If I have time, I might load my improved PvP version. It has less spawners throughout, starts you off with armor, food, flint and steel, and torches, and has various resources (mostly potions) in unguarded chests.

if you use bukkit, and install essentials, there is a command I think "/ptime @night" to lock everyone's view into night.
I've finally found a plugin that works, so my server is up and set to night. I'll change the map to the newer version when I've put some finishing touches on it.
