also, based on what I know of hascow's role, I believe Yos was the blue target the night cow died. I believe katsuki tried to kill yos, with cow trying to kill kats. with cow's role redirecting his target's action to himself, that meant kats and cow killed one another.

However, I believe that the most reasonable course of action is to continue the game in its current state, in part because there isn't any fair or balanced way to go back and undo the end-of-day and night phases.
