Agreed. If you guys want to do it on another server, I'd be fine with that. But I'd rather not clog up the current server with games.

Probably possible. Might need a few new plugins for different chat streams though. Im like 75% sure the default chat can't split chat streams. Definitely will take me some time. Ill start gathering info about plugins and researching commands and such.
V/LA every weekend for awhile.
