One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

Excuse me while I go cry in a corner and wish you weren't right.
Because, no matter how you dress it up, that's what the world is. A community of idiots doing a series of things until the world explodes and we all die.
I'm missing the part where you win the game, unless you're just thinking Entreat the Angels will never get countered and your 4/4 tokens will be able to survive.
4/4's are quite formiddable and a well timed terminus before hand or a well timed temporal mastery after ward should be enough. Also if the game gets too drawn out eventually you just pop Tamiyo and have infinite entreat the angels
Considering the fact that that is the deck list that just won the pro tour, I think you are indeed missing something.
The decks game plan is to stall until it can take over the game with absurdly powerful spells, and the miracle action gives it a solid early game offensive as well. All it needs to do is resolve one of its entreats, and with its board control its probably gg.
Furthermore, when you miracle something, it allows you to ignore timing rules, meaning you can cast it when your opponents tap out by think twicing or thought scouring into it.
Also, the only viable counterspell in that format is dissipate anyway.
Yes, there are cards that are block bombs that aren't great elsewhere, but the arguement was that miracle is shitty always, this deck proves otherwise.
@reckoner, dude, drawing a miracle everyturn sounds like a whole lot of fun to play. To play against, well all control decks are super annoying to play against.

Yeah, maybe... I do get a giant smile on my face whenever I miracle my Terminus.
I opened an Avacyn, Bonfire of the Damned, Descent into Madness, and a shit ton of rare miracles yesterday. This means I now have an Avacyn, Gisela, and Griselbrand. I just need Bruna and Sigarda to have a full set of legendaries from Avacyn
My roommate wanted to buy a box and I owed him for bills anyway so I covered most of it to pay him back. He opened some sweet cards too.
But I actually have enough miracle cards now to throw them in my deck. 2 Thunderous Wraths, 2 Banishing Strokes, and a Bonfire of the Damned are in my red/white. I also have a couple of Vanishments and a couple Blessings of Nature.
