In the case of two equal sized wagons, I would go with whichever wagon most recently had a vote placed on it.

It's much easier than figuring out whichever wagon was the first to have a vote placed on it, and doesn't raise questions of 'if I voted for X, but then unvoted X and revoted him in the same post, did I bump down my seniority?'

Additionally, as I will be starting a new job tomorrow, scene may be delayed slightly.

However, it does raise questions of 'if I voted for X, but then unvoted X and revoted him in the same post, did I bump

Matt, why are you trying to insist that deferring to a sure townread near deadline is scummy?

Why am I TRYING? Because I think it's scummy? That is a dumb question. You don't need a "sure townread" on me to vote someone else. It was a stupid BS reasoning and you could have just stayed with your read on me and voted someone you thought scummier, I don't understand your reasoning for deferring to someone else's read on me. If you admit you were just doing that then your read was secondhand and therefore useless and therefore I think you're lying and I want you dead kk?

To summarize, your secondhand read serves no purpose and therefore you're lying.

Yay, Fate's back!

Vijay: If you want a reason, look here:
In post 438, Voidedmafia wrote:Besdies, regardless of the rules, this wagon is pretty fast even for a deadline lynch, and you should be alarmed at that. Unfortunately for me, I can't tell if it's town determined to get me mislynched with scum piling on later to get it going or if it's scum getting what appears to be an easy alternative and town just lazily joining it because "eh, deadline, meh, w/e" or something. In either case, Elmo is highly suspect and should be the next point of discussion tomorrow/rest of today.

What I didn't add on at the time is that both things indict Elmo. In the former, as he wasn't the first to vote, he votes me to bring attention to getting a wagon (and to incite people to vote me since a couple were already inclined to do so); in the latter, he helps create a wagon (potentially with a his buddy/ies) that the rest of the town jump on just to get a lynch through. Either way, his vote is scummy as hell, and just as oppurtunistic.

Matt: Ummm...I did say that I'm not sticking to those reads (except those that I've developed enough that I will stick by them, like my Marble townread). As for what you don't understand, what's not to understand? I have a rather weak read on you, it's near deadline, I didn't have the time I wanted to delve into your ISO and confirm what I originally thought, so I'm trusting the read of the towniest read I have. You're not suddenly a townread to me because marble says you are, I'm just willing to trust him for tonight until I can get my thoughts on you straight. What's wrong with that?

3. Lynches require votes equal to the majority of the players (Number of living players/2, round up).

if implosion's actually paying attention / not fearmongering, he should have known there'd be no nolynches

i can understand if he didn't catch that in the rules

but the fact that we've actually had discussion about it over the last few pages?

Elmo TeH AzN has been Lynched

Breaking News: Man Found Dead in Apartment, Apparent Suicide

A man was found dead in his apartment last night, shortly after midnight. Neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots to the police. When they arrived, the police discovered the unnamed man lying face down with the weapon on the floor next to him. Authorities are unsure how the man came into possession of an illegal firearm, and have suggested that he was part of an unnamed radical cell.

While authorities have not released his name, it has been identified that he went by the handle "Elmo TeH AzN" in several left-wing extremist sites online.

Said Police Chief Murray, "this demonstrates the dangers of internet access. Dangerously unstable individuals like this 'Elmo TeH AzN' are out there." The Police Chief reiterated the standing reward for information leading to the capture of dangerous extremists or the seizure of their property, and encouraged people to be vigilant.

Breaking News: Gas leak destroys downtown building

Traffic was snarled for hours today when a gas leak destroyed a downtown building. The fire startled office workers this morning when it erupted at 9:34 AM, destroying most of the windows on the block, and setting off car alarms up and down the street.

"It was like hell on earth" Jessica Rains said, referring to the shower of flames and broken glass that sprayed down in the wake of the accident.

Authorities quickly cordoned off the surrounding blocks, and acted to minimize the flames. Fortunately the building was apparently abandoned, and the government wishes to assure everyone that no one was killed in the blast, although the stream of ambulances attested to the numbers lacerated by falling glass or burned by flaming debris.

"This was truly something for the ages."
