at this point, three votes had already accumulated on ice, and you have said nothing about him still in all of day two. then you come in with a big fat chainsaw defense, trying to get a counterwagon started by using, of all things, ice's supposed point against me.

ice is probably my second or third scum read, their drifting around attitude of sometimes content sometimes not seems weird, their meta suggests this is how they play as town however i have only read town games so i dont know how they play as scum.

then thomith helpfully threw himself into the theoretical discussion of the absta case (but not voting absta, his vote is still on me) which had the side effect of taking attention back away from ice and causing absta to word vomit all over the thread with his confusion over roleblockers, jailkeepers and doctors. only then (once he's been baited) does thomith threaten to vote absta, but doesn't

actually do it

until after elmo jumps on the absta-wagon. combine this fact that thomith spent the end of day one cautiously asking if anyone was all right with him hammering sens, but never actually voting sens.

If you assume 4 scum with the current setup in this game (i.e we know that we have a hider) then the game could end in 2 mislynches. Balanced setups should allow for 3 mislynches before lylo assuming one NK every turn.
