What may have occurred is Llama decided to spread the kills(so none of the scum would show up guilty to the Psyche). Since they can render the Psyche useless, it makes a lot more sense to kill the suspected Tracker Rasb.

If Llama is the psych and both Kass and andrew are telling the truth, then Llama is conftown. If andrew is the detective, all it says is that Llama hasn't killed anyone at all.
