Well I just wrote out a whole response to this and realized that anything is technically possible here. CO town/Konowa scum is impossible. I find it unlikely they are both scum since an ACTUAL claim would then doom them both.

Most likely scenario is either both are town or CO is scum / Konowa is town.

I'm inclined to believe that both being town is much less likely since a full on cop + another partial cop sounds a little too good for the town.

I think CO needs to die, but I want to give people a chance to post.
