it's pretty much my entire basis for assuming there is another anti-town killing party that we just haven't seen yet (lack of evidence is explainable by a lack of investigation immunity), actually
I'm not completely discounting an SK in this game by any means. I just think Rhinox's claim works out really great (meaning: caught in a big fat lie) if we have 5-14, and so far we've seen no evidence that supports 1-4-14, so until that happens, I'm inclined to think the former.
I also don't think we should count Rhinox in the 'town power roles' department because the only advantage he has is now out in the open, rendering it totally useless. And, the only way we're going to get to test his role is if the SK (which we're not sure exists) kills him, or he gets lynched.
I see Hoopla's et al's logic in killing off the VT pool until we've hit all mafiosos, but I think we should use that as a last resort. The amount of info we'd gain from the setup would be greater if we lynched Rhinox today, because if he's telling the truth we probably have an SK out there.
Even if there's no SK, a vig (even 1-shot) means I could've be nked by means other than mafia and thats aparently how OGML wanted it. I didn't write the role.
Even after I flip you still won't know with any more certainty whether there's an SK or not until/unless extra kills start to show up. I don't really see how the information of my town flip is going to change anything for anyone. It'd still be retarded to lynch anyone for being an SK unless you know for sure there's an SK, and my death won't give you that information.
I just think it's really unlikely for there to be a protown mafia-NK-immune role with only one single shot for the mafia-only qualifier to be nullified.
Either way, it's more info than just lynching scooby, a harmless VT.

I have read along since the game started, so I have a rough idea of the major events in the game. As a spectator, it's difficult to form opinions though, since you're not nearly as invested in the game. I'll need some time to reread to form opinions.

Deadline is coming up soon, there are two split factions on who to lynch today, and the past couple days have had light posting. If anything, we could use your thoughts on what's happened on day 3 so far.

Bella, Agar, Tierce and Hoopla are town. Bella obv, Agar because scum don't need extra killing powers, Tierce and hoopla because even if either bv or Quagmire is mafia, a false negative is too risky to fake after losing 2 mafiosi.
Scooby is not cleared, but with a roleblock on him night 1, I don't really like the idea of going after him now. How strong are the arguments against him, exactly?
Rhinox hesitancy about claiming his ability seemed genuine, and it seems to complicated to use as a fakeclaim. Scum Rhinox would probably simply have claimed neighbour.
Staeg blocking Tierce was a dumb move, but I have to agree with Tierce that if he is faking, his buddies would have talked him out of claiming tierce N2.
I'm not liking any of the major bandwagons at the moment. Personal preference would probably be a redFF lynch, because I don't understand why he's going after Agar, who at least has a confirmed ability.
