Well, the real reason I want to be able to do claims is because scum will have to either share their true picks, which is telling for us, or lie in hopes of their picks lining up with whoever the King is.
i just wanted to say that all of the useless setup speculation is getting a bit overbearing, especially because it isn't leading anywhere tasty.

Empking I'm still not getting a clear answer from you. Looking at your ISO i don't think you've addressed it yet, as to why you think I'm scum.
#25 you call me scum
#28 you shoot down my idea of having voting
#30 you say I'm the one we should be focused on today
The rest are all speculations of the setup, i.e. who the King is. None of your ISO is "uct is scum because _______".

Name a singsle speculation of the setup (note: Who the king is isn't speculation of the set up since it was player decided. Talking about player's action is pretty darn close to the opposite of speculations of the setup.)

Knowing who the king is doesn't particularly help us. I think it is actually wasted discussion.
@Klick and Empking: I find the idea of revealing the picks interesting, but I am thinking of it one way. Let's see if we match. Why were you interested in that.
I am aware that Batt disallowed the reveal. But I am interested what you guys think of the idea.

Scum picks are different from town picks. If scum lied they might trip up, if scum tell the truth then they might have scummy picks.

I missed post #84. I must say that the idea of giving out the picks was good. Not necessarily because its a sure way of catching scum, but it makes their time a lot harder. From post #84, I think Klick assumes that scum have individual picks instead of sharing 1 vote for the pick (townslip?). Empking gets + points too.

I disagree with thid because it's given me a strong town read on Klick.
That doesn't make sense. Knowing who the king is and knowing who everyone voted for are two different things even though the latter also reveals the King.

The discussion of whether to reveal the king wasn't wasted because it helped my reads. That is a setence that I'll stand by.
