01.) I am the mod. My word is law.
02.) Votes should be at the start of a line and made in bold, such as
Vote: Messiah
. When changing your vote, unvoting is not necessary but would be greatly appreciated. You may use nicknames and acronyms as long as it is reasonably clear who you are referring to.
03.) Lynching will require a majority of votes. Once a majority is reached, that player is lynched and no further votes or unvotes will be counted.
04.) You may vote no lynch.
05.) If a deadline is reached with no majority, the transition to twilight will occur immediately and there will be
no lynch

06.) Each day phase will last
two weeks
. I may grant extensions or subtract from the deadline under certain circumstances. Night will last for
forty-eight hours
. Night will not be extended unless a replacement is being searched for.
07.) Once you are dead, you are dead. No more posting,
not even a "Bah!" post
. Save it for the endgame discussion.
08.) Excessive use of CAPS POSTING or spamming posts will not be allowed and may result in replacement without warning.
09.) No small text, invisible text, hidden text, obscured text, stenography, or advanced forms of coding and cryptography. Breadcrumbing is an acceptable form of basic coding. Please contact me via PM if you're unsure where the line is.
10.) No bets, deals, promises, etc are allowed. Violating this rule will result in forced replacement or a modkill.
11.) The game is not to be discussed outside the thread unless your role specifically states that you may do so. A graveyard QuickTopic will be provided upon death.
12.) Do not screenshot or quote private communications with me or with other players. This includes your role PM. Breaking this rule will result in a modkill.
13.) Play to win and with the spirit of the game in mind.
14.) You are expected to post at least once in every
forty-eight hour
period. Failure to do so will result in a prod. You must pick up a prod by posting in the game thread. Failure to pick up a prod within the next forty-eight hours will mean replacement. If you require a prod more than three times during the course of the game you may simply be replaced. Treat this game as a commitment.
15.) Please point out any mistakes I make gently. In particular, if I post a vote count that does not accurately reflect your vote, it is your responsibility to correct me. If you don’t your vote will be treated as it appears in the vote count.
16.) If you have any questions at all, please PM me or post the question in the thread.
17.) Remember, it’s a game and it’s supposed to be fun. Be nice to your fellow players and your mod. I have zero tolerance for abusive posts.
18.) OOC and all blue text are reserved solely for moderator use.
19.) Pretending to break a rule will result in the same punishment as actually breaking the rule would have.
20.) It's very possible I haven't completely covered everything. Do not try to exploit any loopholes there may be in this rule-set. I reserve the right to add or modify existing rules at any time.
