CLAIM: Brad Majors

My role is essentially a "Town Neighborizer", with a slight limitation. I may propose to somebody on Day 1 and Day 1 only. If that person could pass as female, we become engaged, get a QT, and may talk there for as long as we both are alive.

If they cannot pass as female, or if they are indisputably male, the proposal will fail.

I proposed to shos right off the bat, mainly because I wasn't too sure what the point of doing otherwise was...but it turns out a series of lucky mistakes came into play.

1) I proposed a dual Roleclaim in the QT, shos agreed.
2) He casually asked about how the QT came about, but I was too busy with other stuff/not paying attention, and didn't tell him specifics about it.
3) I claimed Brad Majors to him first.

Then he claimed Dr. Everett Scott to me.

Everyone should be able to see why this outs him as fakeclaiming Scum. My proposal to him was successful, which means that shos's Role must be one that "could pass as female". Thus he could not be Dr. Everett Scott. I'm assuming that the "pass as female" modifier exists to account for the aliens Magenta and Columbia, who're technically not human females but could (and usually are) considered as such when the show is cast/the movie is viewed. Thus it is almost incontrovertible that shos is one of these two Roles. Since my Role PM (and I'm guessing all other Town-aligned ones) says that we win when all threats to the humans are eliminated, we can assume that the aliens are the Scumteam and therefore that shos is Scum. The only other possibilities are 1) that shos is Dr. Frankenfurter, who could in some universe be considered female, since the character is about as messed up as you could get in terms of gender OR 2) that shos is Janet Weiss, but that would mean he is Town-aligned and would have no reason to lie to me about his Role.

Lying Scum is caught right out of RVS. Vote shos please.

Also, in our QT he just claimed an active ability that is called: "I can see that you are an......ticipating"
which in no way matches anything related to Dr. Everett Scott. It is however, an almost perfect transcription of one of Dr. Frankenfurter's lines from the movie/show.

He claims this active ability gives him some control over time, and if this is so it also more closely matches Dr. Frankenfurter or one of the other aliens than it does Dr. Everett Scott.

shos, if you actually are Town I apologize for this, but you have to understand what a huge impossibility this is to me right now.
My Role PM clearly states that the proposal would fail if used on a male. The Role you claimed is obviously male.

Flavor in Roel PM clearly states that the Town Wincon is to eliminate all threats to the humans.

Pretty sure that means the aliens (RiffRaff, Dr. Frankenfurter, Magenta, Columbia) are the Scum.
Calling either Rocky Horror or Eddy as a Third-Party of some kind. It would be perfect that way.

Reasoning behind this is that non-Town can almost certainly only kill 1 person per Night, thus they're probably more likely to go for either of us confTown players, not you incredibly-Scummy-only-possibly-Town-softclaimers. You've both pretty much claimed alien too, so we have no good reason not to lynch you, so if you're actually "Human-aligned" then show it by being honest and helpful and proTown instead of what you're doing now which is so obviously

I agree completely with Yates. I didn't want to say this beforehand but Columbia as Human-aligned also makes perfect sense. In the movie and the show she is even killed when RiffRaff and Magenta leave for TT after their little "coup d'état". She never threatened the Humans, and was only in the movie/show for a couple reasons, as I see it: tragic love interest for Eddie, human devotee to Frank-N-Furter, etc. etc.

I don't care what the Wiki says - given the game flavor and the other role-related shit that's gone down so far it is ridiculous to rely on the information in the Wiki when analyzing my role since "Neighborizer" is obviously a simplification of what my role actually is.

Since you need me to spell it out for you, I will:

I am Brad Majors. I am Human-Aligned. I am a 1-Shot Neighborizer and the success of my Neighborizing action is dependent on in-game role gender.

when you run another interestingly-themed game in the future. As a fan of the movie I immensely enjoyed the song "transpositions" and the flavored abilities. Among other things, the use of "gender" as a main point of interest in the game was a fantastic use of mechanic, IMHO. If the Scum/Dead QT's didn't tell me so, I did realize early on that I got very lucky that my ability allowed us to nab Scum Day 1. That kind of manipulation/utilization of the mechanics and the theme material without "breaking" the setup/game is what I live for.
