Okay then, I have role information that -something- is going to happen at the end of Day 1. I was going to post this in my first post, but I've never had anything like this so I didn't know what to do with the information. My only guess is that it pertains to Rarefaction perhaps?

Moving along, I was willing to write off NS' original post and "reaction" as dumb town. His subsequent back and forth is not town motivated though. His vote on Tierce for opportunism while ignoring Empire is OMGUS and an attempt to appease Tierce by "moving along".

Xaxle, I'm curious as to why you are ignoring the original reason Tierce provided and Empire's post 37 where he explains his vote?

I get the points against NS, but I'm more inclined to think Xaxle is scum. With how much white knighting he's doing also, I'm also inclined to believe they aren't scum together.

I find it easier to find scum by focusing on their scumreads, not their townreads. So yes, right now I'm not worried about Tierce's townread.

I don't get where you get the paranoia from. Tierce explained a read, but even in depth it wasn't enough for you.

F16, I didn't question Tierce's townread on myself because I think she is town as well. I think given wincon and possible PR play, bussing would be an incredibly ballsy move. Her push on NS didn't feel forced or fake. I don't think scum would be front runners in this game.

I know there are other things to address, but catching up I felt like game was stalling waiting on me to respond to this.

I'm confused as to why it took F16 prying for NS to out that he no longer agreed with the read on saulres.

Early play points to NS scum.
I think Empire is a good bet for one scumbuddy.
If I had to say a third now, gut is pointing to Shmu.

F-16: I'm starting to come around to the idea that scum are more awkward early game. NS' avoidance of Empire, I believe, is an example of this. Again, I don't think scum are going to be making big cases on their buddies in this game (mechanics and such). So his [Empire] sheeping of Tierce falls into how I think scum would behave (some confirmation bias, I know).

That was jist of reasoning at time of post. Latest post feels like buddy trying to use confusion of NS' claim to try and steer votes away.

As for Shmu, it really is gut. Another larger game I'm in just went to Night, so I'll hopefully be able to focus here better now.

Regarding NS' claim. I'm having a hard time buying it. It just doesn't make sense as either alignment.

saulres, how did you come to that conclusion in 299? (Want to talk about forced? This entire post is the definition of forced). That conclusion, why only -now- he brings up a page one vote. I want to say saulres is scum in that cell, but I don't understand how the director thinks he is obvtown based on an avatar/sig bet.

Still believe NS is scum in that cell. Claim -still- doesn't make sense with real game exposed.
That leaves Empire.

My skepticism of saulres' conclusion stems from the fact that I don't think that scum knew what was going to happen. I don't see Vi giving them a heads up to three cells so they could avoid associative tells. Too much mod interference.

Yes, I did ask the red=scum? question. I think with everything going on in the role PM plus it being you as the mod made me doublethink everything.
I agree with F16, I think role distribution amongst the playerlist had alot to do with how the game played out. Would love to play in future games of yours. How exactly do you see this working as an Open?
