Why is doing dumb shit a towntell? Do dumb people have more of a chance to roll town? Yes, that would give a probability, but you can never be sure.

Hmm, actially depending on the standard deviatio, we can have a good chance. The best way to work with this imo would be to do a systematic sample which I think would work better than a simple random sample because then it can factor things like seasons, holidays, etc.

But this is flawed b/c it can easily overlook a time in someone's life when they were a heavy alcoholist.

And it would really be impossible to look at someone's full history, no? And you still have to factor in age...
