Not a great assumption. As I said, scum have to choose their battles, and while there is info to be gleaned in the arguing, I think Tierce hit on something weak from NS (note that I have invited Tierce to explain to me the case, as I may be missing something) and went at it pretty strong, which I wouldn't expect from her. Now, Captain Falcon, here's the kicker: We have no idea what the scum wincon is. If it's a general scum wincon, they have to win in 5p LyLo, but I doubt it is, driving Tierce away from a more take-it-easy and wait for a good argument to bubble up mentality.

Again, this is if I had to pick one of them. It's not enough for me to go on early D1.

I will analyze the current discussions when I can focus more properly, but I'd also like to say that I am very not happy with the lack of participation from Xalxe and Shamrock, especially given activity elsewhere. I've seen scum win several Micro games by lurking so I'm going to be particularly hard on lurkers (without, hopefully, sounding hypocritical). So I think my vote is good where it is.

The only point that I could even respond to is that of NS calling Tierce opportunistic and not Empire, to which I say if you're being attacked by someone who says they're sheeping, you argue with the person who they're sheeping, not the sheep.

That's not usually my modus operandi when I have a scumread. I'm the instigator, I try to bring up a point and let others carry it along. Yes, I thought Empire's sheeping was scummy. I have a scum read on Shmugen as well. 36 seems like a vague indication that he believes Tierce/NS are both town and seems to explain Tierce's reasoning for her i.e. Shmugen is making assumptions as to what Tierce is doing (digging to see what comes up) which he doesn't know. It is a possibility that Tierce is digging. It is also a possibility that Tierce has a legit scumtell on NS. If NS is scum, FOS on Shmugen for trying to discount Tierce's FOS as digging. Also, Shmugen calls out Empire on "brown-nosing." I read that as a greater strategy to discourage people from sheeping Tierce by attacking the "sheepers" on a personal level to make them feel worse about themselves. I don't find Empire's blatant sheeping suspicious at all. NS and Shmugen seem much more suspicious.

Revealing other people's alts is bad form. I'm sorry that I have some more information than you do (about two people in this game, at least), but I won't do the revealing for them.
