With that said they are both town, just because of that. At the very least not mafia.

Mafia out-advertized the Cop. Which I would guess that they want that power and don't want cop to show up any time soon. This leaves me to think that Yesterday's plan did in fact weaken mafia, or at least scare them enough to not want to get into a bidding war with town.

The high bid on Nightkill means that Stephan fought for the NK, which reinforces that Stephan is town. Stephan, however needs to claim if he won the NK so that we know if it's in the hands of scum again. If Stephan has the NK, then we have 3 town directed kills available for us today.

VM is also likely town. He would not have known that he was blocked if he didn't attempted to protect last night's target.

I have some catching up to do. I tried to follow along but being sick and trying to follow mafia when a lot of it was just noise was too frustrating. Yes, it's nice to have some extra money, but five dollars is not enough to demand lynches and threaten people if they don't hammer. Getting the lynch right is what matters more and if it cuts into our efficiency bonus it does.

I got the ninja last night. Please tell me that's what I was supposed to bid on. It was called MoNa here, and magua wouldn't answer me that it was the same thing.

I'm trying to figure out why mafia wasn't interested in gaining any of the abilities besides the night kill.

I took a chance after the price didn't go up after my first bid, and bid a little over half my money and invested the rest.

Last Night I advertised $152 on cop. I don't get that back, but if I read the Advertize rules right, that goes towards cop being advertised tonight, regardless of the source of the funds to do so. This makes it slightly less irritating, but irritating nonetheless.

Neighborizor

Kind of a useless ability for town. Combined with the fact that the town plan called for cop, this has got to be a scum play. Looking at rule II.6., I think scum plans on using it to open up a joint QT of some sort so they can coordinate and transfer abilities. If you look at II.6.d and II.6.e., a neighbor QT makes the most sense, since they win together. The last game had mod-assisted communication. While this game probably doesn't have it based on mod notes of last game, neighborizor would be logical for them to get, and would be the only reason I could see for them to waste money on advertizing it.

As a followup to that, if they don't want to waste it, then they will need to a. Win it today, and b. neighborize scum on the opposite team.

Sorry, I've been looking at the previous game, but what is sued meant to mean? I couldn't spot that mechanic at first glance in the last game. Catching up a bit here, interested to learn the oracle results, yes I did transfer, salamence. Elmo doesn't look like a bad shot at all.

Question: Would it be worth advertising oracle at some point in the future, and if so, when?
